Announcing Managing Director & National Business Advisory Practice Lead, Ryan Senter

As managing director, Ryan is responsible for leading the business advisory strategy, developing and deploying the team, and serving as an expert to Riveron’s clients. He will also serve as a member of the executive staff where he will provide counsel and define broader strategies for Riveron Consulting. Senter will primarily work out of the company’s Dallas office.
Ryan has over 20 years of experience in financial and operational consulting leadership roles delivering finance process improvement, finance organization transformation, human capital management solutions, supply chain operations, cost management strategies, and merger integration. He also has significant experience designing and implementing shared service center operations in highly complex, global instances, working with Fortune 500 organizations to transform back-office functions. Ryan’s industry experience spans energy, travel/transportation, healthcare, financial services, consumer goods and services, manufacturing, and private equity services. Prior to joining Riveron, he served as the managing director of business performance improvement at Protiviti, and a managing director at Alvarez and Marsal.
Currently, Senter is on the Board of Trustee’s for Cook Children’s Medical Center, Board of Stewards for the First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth, and Advancement Committee for the Fort Worth Country Day School. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Mississippi.
