Managing Director

As a managing director in Dallas, Doug Noon is responsible for client service, specializing in transition executive management, accounting operations, and financial reporting.

I joined Riveron in 2007, teaming up with close friends and colleagues to create an entrepreneurial environment that offered opportunities to serve clients and execute their strategic initiatives across a variety of industries. In doing so, I've established and developed deep relationships while growing professionally.

Background

Over the past 25 years, Doug has held various finance and accounting industry positions, and has also held leadership roles providing public accounting and consulting services to both public and private companies. He has primarily served clients in the technology, healthcare, and retail and consumer products industries. Doug has also served clients in the real estate and financial services industry, including mortgage companies, credit unions, hedge funds, and banks.

Currently, Doug is responsible for serving clients, leading teams in the field, and recruiting and developing Riveron consultants. Doug applies business discipline, effective communication, and a thorough approach to building trusting relationships and delivering results. His focus areas include operations management, business process evaluation, audit readiness, financial reporting advisory assistance, post-transaction support, strategic planning, financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.

Doug is a native of Overland Park, Kansas. Prior to joining Riveron, Doug served Homecomings Financial, a subsidiary of GMAC-ResCap, in various accounting, finance, and business planning roles over the course of eight years, and Ernst & Young in its assurance and advisory practice for seven years. While at Homecomings Financial, Doug completed the Mortgage Banking Association’s (MBA) School of Mortgage Banking and Future Leaders programs, and achieved an Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation.

Doug currently holds a position on the Advisory Board of Directors for Heroes for Children, a nonprofit organization that provides financial and social assistance to families within the state of Texas with children battling cancer.
