New director joins Riveron’s Houston office
Riveron Consulting is pleased to announce that David Dollinger has joined the firm’s Houston office as Director, with responsibilities over business development and expanding Riveron’s presence in the marketplace. Dollinger spent the past 7 years selling a broad range of professional services, including audit, tax, business/transaction advisory, valuation, litigation support, technology and enterprise risk. His new position will involve building relationships and familiarizing private equity firms, public and private companies with the firm’s capabilities. Prior to his move into business development, Dollinger spent close to 10 years as a financial analyst for a Houston-based global energy firm and then as owner of an IT services company. In his most recent position prior to joining Riveron, Dollinger worked for a large, full-service accounting and advisory firm, calling on C-level executives of middle market companies.
Dollinger earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Texas A&M University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. Dollinger is also deeply involved in the Houston community, serving a number of organizations such as the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Prison Entrepreneurship Program and as a baseball and soccer coach.
Managing Director Matt Bender of Riveron’s Dallas office said, “In this period of significant growth for the firm, David’s leadership, relationships and familiarity with the energy industry in Houston are a valuable addition to our team of transaction and financial operations experts currently serving middle-market companies and private equity firms in the Houston area.”
