Riveron announces new senior manager in the Dallas office.
Riveron Consulting announced Andy Massey has joined the firm’s Dallas office as senior manager, responsible for due diligence and client service. The financial consulting firm serves private equity funds, firms that are growing through strategic acquisitions and companies seeking to maximize the value of business transactions. In addition to its Dallas headquarters, Riveron also operates offices in Washington, DC; Houston, Texas and Chicago, Illinois.
Massey joins Riveron from Vericrest Financial, where he served as an accounting manager. In this role, he performed due diligence on bulk loan purchases, helped improve and streamline month-end close and communication with tax department. Additional career experience includes time as an independent contractor and CPA for various companies including Haggar Clothing Co. and Crow Holdings. Massey also is a former contractor for Riveron Consulting.
With more than 10 years of consulting in financial accounting, financial budgeting and forecasting, auditing and tax, Massey’s wide-ranging experience includes system implementation, enterprise and statutory reporting, project management, technical research and documentation, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Massey earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, where he graduated Cum Laude.
