Riveron Consulting Announces Client Service Promotions in Chicago
Chris Durbin and Nonye Ukawuba promoted to directors of client services in the Chicago office.

Durbin has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles including forecasting and planning, financial reporting, due diligence, profit improvement, modeling, cost accounting and payroll. He has been with Riveron since 2014 as principal of business advisory services. As director, he will continue to grow and expand the business advisory service line in the Midwest region.
Durbin has a wealth of leadership experience across several major industries. He started his career public accounting before moving into industry joining Woodhead Industries (now part of Molex). While there, he was heavily involved in lean manufacturing concepts and inventory accounting. He later brought those skills to the food industry as Controller at Coleman Natural Foods, VP Finance at TopGolf, Corporate Controller at Golden County Foods and VP Finance at Allen Brothers.
Ukawuba has more than 13 years of M&A experience, including conducting financial analysis and leading financial due diligence on more than 150 M&A transactions from $5M to more than $10B. She joined Riveron as a senior manager of client services in 2012 and was promoted to principal in 2014. In her new role as director she will lead the Chicago office Transactions Advisory Practice which performs buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, identify financial and operational issues, and propose recommendations to assist clients in meaningful M&A negotiations.
Prior to joining Riveron, Ukawuba spent 10 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Transaction Services practice, including a two year secondment in London. She also has experience with public and private companies across various industries including healthcare, business services, consumer products, advertising & media, technology, industrial products and financial services. Her international deal experience includes target companies based in the U.K., Germany, France, Switzerland, Japan and Canada.
Ukawuba currently serves as member of the Chicago Chapter ACG NextGen Leaders Committee and provides career and coaching development services at her local church.
Ukawuba graduated from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration and from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with a Master of Business Administration in finance. She is a certified public accountant.
