Amy Monroe + Director, Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources at Riveron, Amy Monroe is focused on leading the firm’s efforts toward people, culture, and professional development. She is responsible for designing, implementing, and improving human resources processes such as performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Amy brings the deep industry knowledge to Riveron that is critical to the firm’s success through its rapid growth. Amy enjoys partnering with the team to solve complex HR issues and assisting employees with their professional development and career goals.

Amy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of North Texas, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. She also is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  Prior to joining the team at Riveron, she served as a human capital manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, manager of global talent acquisition at Genband, and director of talent acquisition at Ryan, LLC.
