Announcing Leadership Appointments In Key Markets

New Appointments Reflect our Continued Commitment to Growth in Atlanta, Denver

Riveron Consulting, a results-driven national business and financial advisory firm, today announced three leadership appointments in two of the firm’s key markets: Denver and Atlanta. These appointments exemplify Riveron’s commitment to evolving in order to increase growth and scalability in priority markets. These exciting new appointments also fuel the firm’s ability to deliver exceptional client outcomes nationwide.

 In Denver, Steve Hills has been named Managing Director. In his new role, Hills will focus on hiring and developing key talent, growing brand awareness and enhancing the expertise Riveron brings to its clients. Since joining Riveron in 2015, Hills has demonstrated strong technical accounting knowledge and operational acumen as well as a unique understanding of how to address client needs, manage teams and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. With over 15 years of industry experience, Hills is a dependable partner with a diverse consulting and corporate knowledge base that will help continue to advance the Denver office, facilitate an energized workforce and bolster unique offerings to the firm’s clients.

As Hills steps into his new role, Nate Heeren, who previously served as interim Market Leader in Denver, has been promoted to Managing Director and will work closely with Chaitan Fahnestock, Board Vice Chairman and Chief Growth Officer, to develop new markets and cultivate client relationships with a focus on private equity. Heeren joined Riveron in 2014 after serving in accounting and financial leadership roles as well as leading complex client service engagements focused on due diligence, integration, cash flow management and financial reporting. He has significant experience with both public and private middle market companies across a variety of industries and will bring his contagious enthusiasm for broadening the brand to his new role.

In Riveron’s Atlanta market, Nathan Childers has been named Managing Director of the Atlanta office. Childers joined Riveron in 2016 as a Director and has been instrumental in Atlanta’s rapid growth ever since. With over 17 years of business management experience, and in addition having served eight years in the United States Army in various leadership roles, Childers is a results-driven leader who will bring his business operations and growth expertise to his new position. Childers’ role as Managing Director will focus on deal origination while also providing direction and professional development opportunities for his team in order to enhance brand awareness and client success in Atlanta.

David Brink, Executive Managing Director of the Mid-Atlantic region adds leadership of Atlanta to his regional responsibilities, effective January 1, 2018. Brink’s achievements in operating Washington, D.C. and the Mid-Atlantic, coupled with more than 15 years of corporate finance, business development and client relationship experience, positions him for success to bring the Atlanta market’s capabilities and client relationships to new heights.
