Riveron Consulting Announces Executive Appointments to Accelerate Growth
Riveron, the business and financial advisory consulting firm, today announced four executive appointments that broaden and cement the firm’s organizational structure, and position Riveron to further address client and market needs.
Moving beyond day-to-day operations, former Chief Operating Officer Chaitan Fahnestock will become Vice Chairman and Chief Growth Officer. In this new role, he will serve in various development and operating capacities, primarily focusing on new growth initiatives, including leading Riveron’s organic growth in key markets like Chicago and expansion into new markets.
Additionally, Kreg Nichols joins the firm as Chief Operating Officer. Nichols will be responsible for strategic planning, growth (sales & marketing), delivery of services, client satisfaction and retention, service line innovation, performance optimization, and executive development. Nichols formerly served as Partner at McKinsey, the global management consulting firm, where he drove substantial operational improvements through added service lines, management approaches, enhanced organizational visions and growth strategies for new markets, all leading to significant revenue growth. Most recently, Nichols was the Senior Vice President of Operations & General Manager of the Transformation Practice for HP Enterprise Services in Atlanta.
A respected leader in financial advisory, Bill Maloney joins Riveron as Managing Director, overseeing strategic priorities for the firm’s financial advisory practice. Maloney has almost 20 years of experience leading clients and teams through complex deal related US GAAP and IFRS accounting and reporting issues, including accounting for revenue recognition, business combinations, and income taxes, and advising on and preparing carve-out and pro forma financial statements for SEC filings. Maloney began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he served in various capacities. Most recently, Maloney served as Vice President, Reporting and Technical Accounting at Orthofix.
Additionally, Lacy Lange has been promoted to Chief People Officer. Since joining the firm in 2009, Lange has been instrumental in cultivating Riveron’s culture through both recruiting and people management. In Lange’s expanded position, she will be responsible for recruiting, retention and employee relations. Lange is committed to finding and developing diverse skill sets that drive growth and create competitive advantages in the marketplace, while maintaining high morale and innovative thinking among Riveron employees.
