The New Normal
Two versions of this contributed article written by Riveron’s Chaitan Fahnestock have appeared in The Deal. A longer version was posted on The Deal’s website (click here) and a shorter subset of the online version was featured in the print publication.
Given the dismal global economy of 2009, the article explained how the top five deal breaking factors had changed radically from the bullish market conditions of 2007 and 2008. Fahnestock’s article asserts that moving forward a new normal set of prominent deal breaking circumstances will be established and, indeed, is already being established.
